WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- To return a web order, you must notify the Online Returns Department within 5 days of receiving your package at email@example.com with the tagline RETURN.
- Modern Dot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned packages. If you would like to upgrade shipping or have special shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order. Once an item shows delivered in our tracking system you must contact your local post office for assistance.
- Orders are eligible for a full refund if the merchandise is returned within 10 days of receiving your package. The merchandise MUST be in our hands no later than 10 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. After that time, a restocking fee of $15 will apply and the remaining balance will be given in the form of a store credit. All items have a 25 day return window from date of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refunable.
- If you have received a damage product please contact the Online Return Department with pictures of your damaged item as soon as possible. (within 5 day window or return policy/store credit applies).
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages and must contain original tag.
All accessories including earrings, hair items, home decor, necklaces, etc are FINAL SALE only.
- ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A POP UP ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for STORE CREDIT only in the amount of the lowest price item. LAST CHANCE/FINAL SALE items are final sale. Items purchased with a free gift must also include the free gift if being returned.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Contact us at email@example.com for more information or questions.
HOW SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN BACK?
Please note, that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund. Return Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- Securely and with care repack your items in the re-sealable package you received them in. We do not accept returns if the items have been mistreated or crammed into an unsuitable box or envelope.
- Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup. Please ship your return package to:

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at Modern Dot within the 10-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10-14 business days. You will be notified via the email listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
